Sales Tax Victory

In a major victory for consumers, the Pennsylvania State Legislature has soundly defeated the legal tax services amendment which would have extended the sales tax to professional services, including attorneys and accountants. With the active participation of attorneys from our firm, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice was instrumental in lobbying against this anti-consumer legislation.
